Switch to Windows 98 (classic) theme

How to do it:

• Right-click the taskbar in an unused area (see picture below).
• Click "Properties".
• Select the "Start Menu" tab.
• Select the "Classic Start menu" radio button (near the bottom).
• Click OK.
